Accommodation Services
Ability Lifestyles has accommodation services with 24-hour support available. The services provided are decided with the participant and their support network, based on the NDIS funding available to meet their personal goals and aspirations. Staff working with participants assist each person to engage in all aspects of their daily lives as much as they can. Staff offer only as much support as is necessary; encouraging people to be as independent as possible and to develop new skills.
Individual Planning
Every person in an accommodation service develops an individual plan that outlines their wishes for the next year. It is based on what they feel is important to them and what their network of family and friends feel is important for them. Ability Lifestyles will help them reach their planned goals.
